Tortilla Maki Sushi, Healthy recipes for
weight loss, healthy food to eat, and healthy diet foods.
Ingredients:
- 10 pieces of tortillas, bake for 5 minutes
- 10 pieces of Nori
- 10 Omelet
- 2 pcs of Japanese cucumber, seeded and
sliced lengthwise
- 5 pcs Avocado fruit, peeled and julienned
- 10 asparagus stems, wash boiled briefly
- 20 pieces of ready-made Crab Sticks
- 10 tablespoons wasabi mayonnaise flavor,
ready-made
Directions:
- Place the bamboo mat, line it with plastic
- Place 1 sheet of nori, then tortillas,
spread with mayonnaise until evenly
- Place the omelet, put cucumber slices,
avocado, asparagus, and crab stick. Roll up solid
- Cut into small pieces. Serve with shoyu
and wasabi
