Healthy Recipes - Zuppa Soup


Ingredients:

  • 1500 ml white egg
  • 750 gr chicken fillets, discard fat, small diced
  • 500g ready-made vegetable mix
  • 2500 ml chicken broth
  • 6 cloves of garlic, crushed, saute briefly
  • 4 tablespoons of palm oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon salt (to taste)
  • 4 stalk spring onion, cut into oblique


Complement:

Puff pastry, roller and trimmed, cut to size bowls.


Direction:

  1. Place the white egg into a bowl, steamed and baked to harden, remove and let cool. Cut into small cubes.
  2. Boil water, stir insert garlic, chicken, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, bouillon powder, and salt. Cook until chicken is cooked.
  3. Enter the vegetable mix, egg white, and green onion, stir well. Cook until sauce boils and cooked, remove from heat.
  4. Pour into a bowl of small pieces, cover with puff pastry, bake for 10 minutes or until done.
